In the order form, the customer must submit complete, accurate, and correct information. www.drizzle.biz will make modifications to the products or services listed on this site from time to time in order to present our users/customers with the most up-to-date information and material. The pricing shown on the website are for orders placed via the internet. Items' availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices stated on www.drizzle.biz may or may not reflect actual selling prices in any given area, and all products are subject to availability at the time of your order.
Drizzle.biz assumes no liability for any typographical or photographic errors or omissions. The product characteristics or specifications (such as weight, colour, handwork details, size, and so on) displayed with the products are simply approximate values. Because most of the products require delicate handwork, there may be minor differences between the images exhibited and the real objects.
It is not possible to cancel or return products purchased via video call.
It is not possible to cancel an order once it is in the processing stage. After 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, no product can be cancelled. For Products acquired under any offer, discount, or sale, there will be "No Exchange/Return & No Refund."
A single order cannot contain several coupons.
After a transaction has been made, coupons cannot be used. If you failed to apply your discount code and it has already expired, keep an eye out for new coupons and offers.
Drizzle.biz maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions of any offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing it without notice.
Regarding Stitching and Measurement: Our website displays all measurements/sizes in inches. Please keep in mind that the sizing charts are based on common body dimensions. Because measuring tapes range from company to company, measurements may differ by (plus/minus) 0.5 or 1 inch. Before shipping, our quality assurance staff double-checks all items against the client's specifications. It may appear slightly different on customer measuring tapes than it does on ours.
All of our orders are carefully packed to ensure a quick and accurate delivery. In any instance, if any broken accessories... are delivered due to mishandling in transit that is beyond our control, we will not be responsible for replacement. If the client requests a replacement, the customer will be charged an additional fee for the accessory as well as the delivery costs.
We may offer products on our Site at the same price as in our retail shops, and we may run promotions similar to those in our retail stores. Prices may differ in some circumstances because the Site and shops may choose to offer things at different prices or have various promotional events at different periods. As a result, unless otherwise noted, prices, offers, and promotions on this Site may not always apply in stores, and store prices and promotions may not always apply on this Site.
We, as a merchant, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the denial of authorization for any Transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the current limit mutually agreed upon by us and our acquiring bank from time to time.
